Soundlands in partnership with the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) and Migrations present The Bell by Bouke Groen, a thought provoking sound installation about climate change
Bouke Goen was chosen from over one hundred artists from around the world who submitted proposals to Soundlands Open Call 2019. The Bell is a striking new art installation created specially for the Llanelli Wetland preserve. An antique church bell tolls but is strangely sealed in a sculpture of glass cubes.
For centuries, bells have warned us of impending disaster. But what danger is this bell alerting us to? Will we heed its warning?
